The call for projects is now open!
The 9th edition of the Young Horizons Industry international co-production forum will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2025 in Warsaw and online.
From 13 February to 11 May 2025 we invite production companies from around the world to submit full-length film and series projects for pitching. Selection results will be announced in mid-June.

General information 2025
Who can submit?
Producers from all around the world.
Projects eligible for submissions – general rules:
- projects of full-length films or series for preschoolers, kids, teens, young adults, families
- all types: animation, live-action, documentary, transmedia
- at the development, production, or postproduction stage with producer on board
Pitchings sections
In this section you will have a 5-minute on-stage presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the experts.

- Target audience: preschoolers, kids, teens, young adults, families
- Live-action, documentary, animation, transmedia
- With international potential
- Looking for co-producers and partners
- With a producer on board
- Projects from all around the world
Submission – documents and materials
- Fully completed online In-Development form which includes information such as: project title, format, genre, target audience, duration and number of episodes (if series), producer’s and screenwriter’s bios and filmography, company profile, co-producers (if any), countries of production
- Photo or key visual of the project
- Logline, synopsis (respectively: 300 and 1000 characters including spaces), and treatment (film, 2 pages) or episodes outlines (series, 2 pages)
- Planned financing structure (in euros)
- Moodboard
- Optional materials: green and sustainability concept, marketing concept, bible, pilot treatment (series), dialogue scene, concept on diversity represented in the project
All documents need to be in English language.
In this section you will have an 8-minute on-stage presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the experts.

- Live-action, documentary, animation, transmedia
- At production or postproduction stage with shooting started by the end of August 2025
- With international potential
- Looking for co-producers and partners (broadcasters, sales agents, etc.)
- With a producer on board
- Projects from all around the world
Submission – documents and materials
- Fully completed online Work-in-Progress form which includes information such as: project title, format, genre, target audience, duration and number of episodes (if series), producer’s, screenwriter’s, and director’s bios and filmography, company profile, co-producers (if any), countries of production
- Photo or key visual of the project
- Logline, synopsis (respectively: 300 and 1000 characters including spaces), and treatment (film, 2 pages) or episodes outlines (series, 2 pages)
- Planned financing structure (in euros)
- Moodboard
- Optional: link to the film materials/ footage
- Optional materials: green and sustainability concept, marketing concept, bible, pilot treatment (series), dialogue scene, concept on diversity represented in the project
All documents need to be in English language.
Market Presentation is a closed screening of 1 hour of film materials followed by a 15-minute presentation in front of sales agents, distributors, and broadcasters.
Only full-length films can be submitted to Market Presentation.

- Finished or nearly finished full-length film (production year 2025/2026)
- Target audience: preschoolers, kids, teens, young adults, families
- Live-action, documentary, animation, transmedia
- With international potential
- Looking for distributors, broadcasters, sales agents
- Full script available
- With a producer on board
- Projects from all around the world

- Fully completed online Market Presentation form which includes information such as: project title, format, genre, target audience, producer’s, director’s, and screenwriter’s bios and filmography, company description, co-producers (if any), countries of production
- Photo or key visual of the project
- Logline and synopsis (respectively: 300 and 1000 characters including spaces)

- Link to the film materials
- Optional materials: green and sustainability concept, marketing concept, bible, dialogue scene
