The most interesting ideas for films and series; international representatives of film industry; project pitchings; industry conferences, workshops, and script consultations for filmmakers; and plenty of opportunities for networking and establishing partnerships: this is Young Horizons Industry.
A place for film professionals passionate about making films and series for young audiences.
The industry part of the Young Horizons International Film Festival is a series of programmes and projects aimed at supporting and promoting film and series development for young audiences.
The main event of our activities is an annual international co-production forum (former Kids Kino Industry) for more than 300 distributors, sales agents, broadcasters, platforms, festivals, film funds, investors, producers and creators.

Three-day event will take place between 30 September and 2 October 2024 in Kinoteka, Palace of Culture and Science, Plac Defilad 1, Warsaw, and online.
First day: Conference
Stay up to date with the latest trends & tech tools presented in 30–45 min talks, case studies, masterclasses, and workshops. Curated by Viola Gabrielli, this year’s Forums programme will explore the topic “PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES: How technological innovations are reshaping the creative process and working models.”
Second and third day: Pitchings and one-on-one meetings
Call for projects for 2024 was open between 27 February and 19 April. election results will be announced in mid-June.
Young Horizons Industry is a closed event for industry professionals only.

BONUS: As a Young Horizons Industry participant, you have free access to all the Young Horizons Festival screenings in selected cinemas in Warsaw.
The accreditation for the 2024 edition will be open in the second half of 2024.
Young Horizons Industry is a selection of programmes and initiatives for film professionals that take place during the Young Horizons Industry international co-production forum and throughout the year. Its aim is to support the project development and creators’ careers as well as to promote films and series for young audiences.

In 2023, as an integral part of the Young Horizons Festival, Kids Kino Industry changed the name into Young Horizons Industry. The new name for the industry part brings together our activities such as: Young Horizons Industry, an international co-production forum, Young Horizons Lab, a script development programme, and Young Horizons Docs, a documentary project development programme.
