For accepted projects
Step by step – Confirmation and Trainings
This applies to one person from the team who will pay for the participation and will come to Warsaw (usually this is a producer listed in the submission).
The second team member (usually screenwriter, second producer or director) will get a discount code from us later (see point 2).
To confirm your participation, please:
1. Fill in your accreditation before 26 June.
- Log in to your account on the platform and press the button: Request an accreditation.
- Within 24 hours you will get an email with information that your accreditation form is waiting on your profile.
- Go to your account and complete the form.
- Pay for the accreditation: PLN 1055,00 + VAT (EUR 250 + VAT) – for 2 people (you pay once for you and your second team member) – you will get a link to the payment by email after completing the form.
2. Send email to anna.dziedzic@nowehoryzonty.pl and let us know if you are coming alone or with a second team member – share her/his name, surname, and email with us.
If you decide to come to Warsaw alone, the accreditation fee remains the same.
Option: If the Pitching Team would like to include more than 2 members to be present at the forum, the cost of the accreditation and accommodation for any extra member need to be covered by the Pitching Team. The cost of additional accreditation ranges from 70 to 120 euros (see: But Accreditation >> Prices >> Accreditation for attendees)

The link to the meeting will be sent by email.
On 7 July at 15.30-17.00 during one hour online organizational meeting together with other pitching teams you will meet our team and Pauline Mazenod who is responsible for preparing you for pitching. You will also have a chance to ask questions about the forum.
This meeting will be recorded.
If you or anyone from your team cannot attend the online session, please let us know.
After the meeting we strongly encourage you to book 2 individual meetings (30 minutes each) with Pauline. The meetings are free of charge and its aim is to prepare you for the live pitching.
1. Each team can have 2 pitching trainings (30 minutes each) with our Pitching Trainer Pauline Mazenod.
Both pitching trainings can be scheduled during those dates:
- between 13 and 31 July
- between 11 and 21 August
**You need around 2 weeks between the meetings to be able to prepare.**
**Be always on time or let us know in case of any delays.**
2. All Pitching Teams will receive a link to schedule the meetings (Pitching Trainings)

Step by step – Pitching and Catalogue
(after this day, you will not be able to introduce any changes on your project page in the printed catalogue)

1-minute video pitch should be sent to Weronika Sowińska, weronika.sowinska@nowehoryzonty.pl
- 1-minute video pitch – this video pitch will work as a ‘business card’ of your project on our online platform before and during the event. It can be a recorded elevator pitch or trailer/teaser of your project.
- Format: mp4 / 1920×1080 / 24 or 25 fps with stereo sound
- Max length: 60 seconds

Any materials that you want to present during your live pitching needs to be in a specific formats:
- PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Keynote (.key), PDF, image sequences (.jpg, .png, .tiff, .tga) – preferably all 16×9 and 1920×1080
- If the presentation includes any video – it should be also delivered separately, as H264/mp4 or ProRes file (24 or 25FPS).

- *5-minute video pitch – if, for a valid reason, you are not able to attend Young Horizons Industry in person, you must prepare a 5-minute pitch that will be shown during our forum.
* Only for the Pitching Teams who are not able to attend Young Horizons Industry in person.

Travel and accommodation – Pitching Teams
We cover: 2 nights for 2 team members in single rooms from 28-30 September.
We do not cover: travel costs. You must cover these costs on your own behalf.
After your project is selected, you can start planning your trip to Warsaw. The event will start on 28 September at 1:30 PM and finish on 30 September around 3:00 PM.
Once you confirm your travel, please let us know about the details by sending an email to Maja Banasiak, maja.banasiak@nowehoryzonty.pl.
Live pitching during the event
Duration of your pitch on stage:
- In development: 5 minutes
- Work in progress: 8 minutes
During your pitch, you will have access to:
- a clicker
- a visible timer to count your time
Each pitching will be followed by a 5-minute Q&A with our Experts.

- Pitching: 29 September
- One-to-one meetings: 29-30 September
