Who is taking part in the event?
Film industry professionals from all over the world: producers, investors, sales agents and buyers, broadcasters, streamers, film funds, gaming companies, directors, screenwriters, authors, composers, film students, media representatives.
As an accredited participant you can take part in all the events during Young Horizons Industry and schedule a meeting with other accredited guests.

Early Bird (from 1 July to 12 August) – PLN 220 / approx. EUR 50
Regular (from 13 August until 3 September) – PLN 300 / approx. EUR 70
Last minute (from 4 September until 23 September) – PLN 410 / approx. EUR 95

Information about travel and accommodation
Young Horizons Industry takes place in Warsaw, Poland.
We recommend coming to Warsaw by train. Our main venues: Kinoteka Cinema and Ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel are located in the city centre, and walking distance from the train station Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central Station).

Transport for guests travelling by plane to Warsaw Chopin Airport:
- Trains
From Warsaw Chopin Airport train station you can get a S2 train to Warszawa Śródmieście station which is a 3-minute walk from our main venue.
Those trains (line S2) are available once an hour and are operated by SKM (local city-trains)
Single train ticket: PLN 4.40.
Travel time: 30/35 mins

- Buses
From Warsaw Chopin Airport you can get a bus number 175.
At the airport you should look for the stop named: Chopin Airport – Arrivals 02 and leave the bus at Dworzec Centralny (Warsaw Central Station). Once you leave the bus you need to walk around 7 more minutes to get to Kinoteka.
Single bus ticket: PLN 4.40.
Travel time: 30/40 mins (depends on the traffic)

- Taxis
There are different taxi companies in Warsaw which can take you to the city centre. The fare from the airport to the centre of Warsaw is approximately PLN 50.

Most guests will be accommodated in Ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel (Grzybowska 43, 00-855 Warsaw).
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from our main venue Kinoteka and the train station.
This year 1:1 meetings and consultants’ tables are located in this hotel which is more convenient for the guests staying at Ibis Styles.
