Daszka (13), a fearless rebel, and Flora (12), a shy dreamer obsessed with Slavic folklore, have nothing in common—except the horror of their clueless parents falling in love. After meeting at a Midsummer Night festival, the girls instantly become enemies. But when they get lost in an enchanted forest where Slavic demons roam, they are forced to join forces with Pietrek, a mischievous outcast demon who promises to lead them home. Together they embark on a magical journey filled with mythical creatures, unexpected friendships, and impossible choices. To find their way home before dawn, they must stop the evil Vila Wanda—overcome their own fears and discover that the family they never wanted might be exactly what they need.
