Kito & Maja and the Dream Globes

Two siblings accidentally shatter magical Dream Globes containing ancient Sorbian legends and must enter the fading fairy-tale worlds themselves to restore the stories, save their grandmother’s memories and overcome their own fears.

Reluctantly spending a week with their grandmother Dora in the Lusatian countryside, siblings Maja and Kito discover magical Dream Globes hidden in her attic. Each Globe contains a living Sorbian legend. When curious Kito accidentally breaks several globes, the stories inside begin disappearing - not only from the magical worlds, but also from the memories of the adults around them. To repair the damage, the children must enter the fairy tales themselves and complete the adventures from within. Facing Water Spirits, Dragons and mysterious creatures, Kito struggles with his fear of water while Maja learns to trust others and open herself to friendship. Together with their grandmother and neighboring children, they race to restore the final Globe before darkness destroys the fairy-tale worlds forever. In saving the legends, the siblings rediscover family, courage and the power of storytelling across generations.
