Izan Twist

A conflictive 15-year-old kid who has quit playing basketball forever is thrust into coaching a team when he discovers a bunch of lonely brats playing well in the county where he has gone to spend the summer with his parents.
Izan (15) has been a basketball promise all along, until a few months ago, when he decided to quit forever because he was unable to get over the way his coach treated him, always yelling. Early summer, Izan arrives in a village with his parents to spend his vacations there. Soon he meets two brothers, Yago and Nani, who play basket well and an old foreign man who trains them every day. He prefers to play football in a near village. There, he meets Hugo, a younger than him outstanding basket player who works in his parents village bar as tender and has never played in a team. Although it is the opposite of what he wants, or so he thinks,, Izan decides to help Hugo to create a team with other youngsters from surrounding villages, to play a summer tournament. His decision throws him against his old coach, who trains another team in the same tournament. Izan will have to learn how to train, but also to overcome his fears to his old coach, to help this kids. He will have to grow up.
