Welcome to Young Horizons Industry!
The industry part of the Young Horizons International Film Festival is a series of programmes and projects aimed at supporting and promoting film and series development for young audiences such as Young Horizons Industry international co-production forum or Young Horizons Lab script development workshops.
The Young Horizons Industry is a place for film professionals passionate about making films and series for young audiences.
The main event of our activities is an annual international co-production forum (former Kids Kino Industry) for more than 300 distributors, sales agents, broadcasters, platforms, festivals, film funds, investors, producers and creators.
The goal of the forum is simple: helping creators connect with potential partners. By bringing together projects and industry players, we are creating a space where you can exchange ideas and form partnerships.

Three-day event took place between 30 September and 2 October 2024 in Warsaw in Kinoteka, Palace of Culture and Science, Plac Defilad 1 and ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel, Grzybowska 43. Event was also available online.

The programme was divided into two main parts:
Conference
Stay up to date with the latest trends & tech tools presented in 30–45 min talks, case studies, masterclasses, and workshops. Curated by Viola Gabrielli, this year’s Forums programme explored the topic “Pushing the Boundaries – How Technological Innovations Are Reshaping the Creative Process, Work, and Business Models.”
Pitching and one-to-one meetings
Young Horizons Industry is a closed event for industry professionals only.

The accreditations for the 2024 edition are currently closed.
As a Young Horizons Industry participant, you have free access to all the Young Horizons Festival screenings in selected cinemas in Warsaw.
Young Horizons Industry is a selection of programmes and initiatives for film professionals that take place during the Young Horizons Industry international co-production forum and throughout the year. Its aim is to support the project development and creators’ careers as well as to promote films and series for young audiences.
