Producers LINK 2025. Meet our participants!

Young Horizons and Cinekid for Professionals proudly announce the selection for the fifth edition of Producers LINK. The programme will start in Warsaw at Young Horizons Industry and continue during Cinekid for Professionals in Amsterdam this October. In total 21 producers from 15 countries are selected this year.
Producers LINK is a distinguished programme designed for emerging producers of children’s content, organised by Young Horizons Industry and Cinekid for Professionals in collaboration with international partners.
Over the course of the two events, the selected producers will engage in a series of sessions and workshops focused on audience development and audience awareness approaches, international co-production, as well as pitch deck creation. The programme will also include case studies of successful European projects in collaboration with our partners.
We are happy that with each year the programme has gained more recognition and interest from international partners. This edition we collaborate with three new partners: Finnish Film Foundation, Screen Ireland, and Swedish Film Institute. The trust of partners and positive feedback from participants from previous editions allow us to continue this collaboration and to create new opportunities for Europe’s top emerging producers to connect and exchange knowledge.
By participating in the programme selected producers will get a chance to attend two unmissable events for everyone working in children’s media: Cinekid for Professionals and Young Horizons Industry.
- Young Horizons Industry – This international co-production forum and meeting hub helps creators connect with potential partners and film professionals. The programme of the forum features a series of development and training programmes with pitching presentations and conference day being the main part of the event. It is part of the Young Horizons International Film Festival in Warsaw, Poland. The event will be held from 29 September to 1 October 2025, with Producers LINK starting on 28 September.
- Cinekid for Professionals – As the leading international industry event for professionals in children’s film and media, this four-day event will take place from 21 until 24 October 2025, including the Junior Co-Production Market, the Industry Forum, and the first residency of Cinekid Script LAB. It takes place in Amsterdam during the Cinekid Festival, the world’s largest festival for children’s film and media.
Former participants about the Producers LINK programme
A great place for education, new connections, and new potential co-productions. Great organization with an excellent combination within two well-known festivals and markets for children content.
Taking part in the Producers LINK programme last year was a real eye opener for me. It gave me the chance to explore the evolving world of children’s media alongside a group of passionate producers. The programme offered not just fresh industry insights, but also a space for creative exchange and reflection. It left me feeling inspired to create meaningful content for young audiences.
Word from organisers
It is a pleasure to introduce this new group of talented emerging producers selected for the fifth edition of Producers LINK. Their selection reflects the growing ambition and diversity of children’s media across Europe. Through this programme, we aim to equip them with essential skills, connect them with essential international networks, and inspire them with case studies of some of the most successful recent projects. The continued and new support from our partners and the enthusiasm from participants year after year confirm that Producers LINK plays an important role in shaping the future of children’s content. We look forward to seeing the impact these producers will make in the years to come.
We’re delighted to welcome our new partners from Ireland, Sweden, and Finland, bringing even more perspectives to the Producers Link programme. As the programme grows internationally, it’s clear that its role as a meeting point for children’s content producers — to build networks, share ideas, and hone their skills — is more relevant than ever. We’re hugely grateful to all our partners new and returning; their continued support is what makes this possible.
