CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Stowarzyszenie Nowe Horyzonty (New Horizons Association) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ludwika Zamenhofa 1, 00-153 Warsaw, Poland (“SNH”).
  2. Your personal data will be processed under Art 6.1.(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. based on your consent, for the following purposes:
    • with regard to all the details filled in the form above, to handle your form, issue an accreditation for Young Horizons Industry by SNH, and send you the accreditation for Young Horizons Industry;
    • with regard to your email address, to create an account at Meet To Match and publish it in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue that will be sent to the Young Horizons Industry guests who have an accreditation;
      • with regard to your image, to publish it on the Young Horizons Industry website (industry.younghorizons.pl), on the Meet To Match platform, in the content of the newsletter sent in connection with Young Horizons Industry, on the SNH social media profiles, and in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue in order to inform about the Young Horizons Industry forum, post about the course of the event, and promote SNH activities with regard to the Forum and other similar events.
  3. With regard to the performance of the purpose referred to in Point 2 above, your personal data can be transferred to the Meet To Match application and entities providing IT, legal, accounting, printing, and marketing services.
  4. SNH will process your personal data for the purpose referred to in Point 2 above until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by SNH. Your image will be permanently removed from the Young Horizons Industry website (industry.younghorizons.pl) one year after the conclusion of the Forum. SNH will also delete your personal data (image and email address) from the Meet To Match platform two months after the conclusion of Young Horizons Industry. At the same time, your personal data, such as image or email address, will be placed in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue that will be disseminated by SNH during the Forum and then for three years after the conclusion of the Forum.
  5. You have the right to ask SNH for access to your personal data, for its rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing as well as its portability.
  6. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting SNH through any communication method. Remember that your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in connection with the processing of your personal data by SNH.
  8. You can provide your personal data voluntarily. However, if you do not provide your personal data, it will be impossible to issue an accreditation to Young Horizons Industry to you.
