• NEW: Conference Day Pass, a one day ticket which enables you to take part in the first day of the forum. This option is designed for people who are interested only in panels and case studies which are happening on 28 September. The Conference Day Pass will be available to buy on site in Kinoteka on 28 September. Price: PLN 150 / PLN 184,50 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 35 / EUR 43 incl. VAT)

Additional information for Pitching Team / Project Pool: If you would like to come with more team members, any extra member needs to buy the accreditation. The cost of additional accreditation ranges from 70 to 120 euros (see: Accreditation for attendees)

Young Horizons Industry takes place in Warsaw, Poland.

We recommend coming to Warsaw by train. Our main venues: Kinoteka Cinema and ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel are located in the city centre, and walking distance from the train station Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central Station).

• Taxis

There are different taxi companies in Warsaw which can take you to the city centre. The fare from the airport to the centre of Warsaw is approximately PLN 50 (approx. EUR 12).

Most guests will be accommodated in ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel (Grzybowska 43, 00-855 Warsaw).

The hotel is a 20/30-minute walk from our main venue Kinoteka and the train station.
