Accreditations for the 10th Young Horizons Industry will open in 2026. Please check back at a later time for further updates.
Below you will find information about prices in 2025, as well as travel and accomodation tips.
Who is taking part in the event?
Film industry professionals from all over the world: producers, investors, sales agents and buyers, broadcasters, streamers, film funds, gaming companies, directors, screenwriters, authors, composers, film students, media representatives.
As an accredited participant you can take part in all the events during Young Horizons Industry and schedule a meeting with other accredited guests.

To buy accreditation, please create an account.
Once you are logged in, please choose Accreditation in the menu, and click Request an accreditation.
Once you get the link to the payment, please change language in a right up corner to your language. If you will pay by manual transfer, please choose: Manual transfer, and then Wpłaty z zagranicy (which means Payment from abroad) on the next screens.
If you have a coupon, please use it before submitting the form.

Information about accreditation and prices
- Access to the Young Horizons Industry event
- Access to the Young Horizons Industry platform and the one-to-one booking system
- A printed catalogue with contact details of the Pitching Team members (contacts will be available on the platform for online attendees)
- Lunches, dinners, and cocktails during the event (for onsite participants)
- Free access to all the TAURON Young Horizons Festival screenings (in selected cinemas in Warsaw)
Accreditation for attendees
- Early Bird (2 July – 10 August) – PLN 295 / PLN 362,85 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 70 / EUR 86,10 incl. VAT)
- Regular (11 August – 14 September) – PLN 425 / PLN 522,75 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 100 / EUR 123,00 incl. VAT)
- Last minute (15-22 September) – PLN 510 / PLN 627,30 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 120 / EUR 147,60 incl. VAT)
Accreditation for Pitching Team members
- PLN 510 / PLN 627,30 incl. VAT (EUR 120 / EUR 147,60 incl. VAT) per team
Accreditation for Project Pool
- PLN 340 / PLN 418,20 incl. VAT (EUR 80 / EUR 98,40 incl. VAT) for one person (If you would like to come with more team members, any extra member needs to buy the accreditation, see: Accreditation for attendees above)
Information about travel and accommodation
Young Horizons Industry takes place in Warsaw, Poland.
We recommend coming to Warsaw by train. Our main venues: Kinoteka Cinema and ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel are located in the city centre, and walking distance from the train station Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central Station).

Transport for guests travelling by plane to Warsaw Chopin Airport:
- Trains
From Warsaw Chopin Airport train station you can get a S2 train to Warszawa Śródmieście station which is a 3-minute walk from our main venue.
Those trains (line S2) are available once an hour and are operated by SKM (local city-trains)
Single train ticket: PLN 4.40 (approx. EUR 1).
Travel time: 30/35 mins

- Buses
From Warsaw Chopin Airport you can get a bus number 175.
At the airport you should look for the stop named: Chopin Airport – Arrivals 02 and leave the bus at Dworzec Centralny (Warsaw Central Station). Once you leave the bus you need to walk around 7 more minutes to get to Kinoteka.
Single bus ticket: PLN 4.40 (approx. EUR 1).
Travel time: 30/40 mins (depends on the traffic)

- Taxis
There are different taxi companies in Warsaw which can take you to the city centre. The fare from the airport to the centre of Warsaw is approximately PLN 50 (approx. EUR 12).
Travel time: 20/40 mins (depends on the traffic)
Most guests will be accommodated in ibis Styles Warszawa City Hotel (Grzybowska 43, 00-855 Warsaw).
The hotel is a 20/30-minute walk from our main venue Kinoteka and the train station.
