Jane, a young strawberry, will embark on a thrilling adventure in the vegetable wild west with her banana-horse Michel meeting colorful characters and learning valuable lessons about diversity and acceptance.
In a world of fruits and vegetables, Vegetown is a small Far West town in the arid Piccalilli desert. Jane Fraisier, a spirited teenage strawberry, dreams of becoming a legendary outlaw to save her family’s struggling from the greedy mayor, Brocojoe. Jane’s rebellious nature leads her into daring adventures, accompanied by her loyal banana horse. As she uncovers Brocojoe’s dark past and the town’s secrets, Jane must navigate danger, outsmart enemies, and overcome prejudices. This puppet stop-motion series, aimed at 8-12-year-olds, combines humour and adventure, offering a visually stunning journey of self-discovery and justice.

Xavier Truchon
From 2006, Xavier Truchon honed his skills as a stop-motion animator, puppet builder, and assistant director, later sharing his expertise as a teacher and president of the Dynamotion association. In 2022, he shifted his focus to production, leading meaningful projects at TOKU, a company dedicated to innovative stop-motion animation.
Laure Clemansaud
Laure is working in animation for 15y, on numerous projects such as “Precious cargo” or “unicorn wars”, in different professions (animation, layout, character design) exploring various technics (CGI, 2D, stopmotion..) She has directed spots in “animated paintings” and in “typography”. Right now, she is developing a special TV, R6ST, on French Resistance, with TOKU, the stopmotion company she co-founded.
