Magdalena Zielska
Member of the Polish Film Academy with 25+ years of experience. She began her career with Waldemar Dziki, one of Poland’s first independent producers. She led one of the largest Polish family productions, 'In Desert and Wilderness' ( 2.2M admissions), with the first major film merchandising campaign in Poland. She produced 'Absolute Beginners' (Netflix, 2023), nominated for Polish Film Awards and Paszporty Polityki, as well as 'Ciacho' (1M+ viewers), 'Pitbull', 'Prosecutor' (Polish Film Award 2016), and 'Icon' (multi-award-winning documentary at Krakow FF, FIPRESCI, Prix Italia, IMAGO). In 2023, she was selected for the prestigious Netflix Grow Creative Workshop. She supports debut talent and is now developing a major Netflix series, set for 2026.
Barbara Palka
Barbara Palka is an experienced Development Executive, Creative Producer and Showrunner responsible for development of scripted content at ATM Grupa and PSP. Barbara studied film production and cinematography in Los Angeles. She got her experience working on multiple American features and TV series for ABC Studios, CBS Paramount, Dreamworks Television, and Hallmark Channel. In Poland, she served as the Head of Script Development at Discovery Warner
Bros TVN (leading television broadcaster). She was responsible for numerous Polish series, e.g., 'Medics,' 'True Law,' 'Belfer' (Canal+).
Barbara is armed with in-depth knowledge of screenwriting, hands-on production experience, and a solid grasp of the practical and logistical elements involved in transforming a project from page to screen. Barbara’s passion is effective storytelling.
Kamil Kwiecinski
Kamil Kwiecinski graduated with distinction from Westminster Film School in London (2019), specializing in screenwriting and directing. He won the Kodak NAHEMI Student Commercial Award and reached the final of the Canal+ Series Lab with his project 'Gamers.' He wrote episodes for 'Mały Grand Hotel' (Canal+), 'Ekler' (YouTube), and contributed to 'Przystanek Radość' (Polsat). He co-created 'Truth Hunters' for Darwin Film Group and wrote, directed, and produced the branded short 'Na Opak for Amica,' finalist in Papaya Young Creators 2022. A two-time winner of national youth theatre festivals, he combines humor, genre storytelling, and youth-oriented themes. 'Superception' marks his screenwriting debut in feature film.
