Jadzia Pętelka / Pętelka

Pętelka
Animation

The animated series “Jadzia Pętelka” (Poland, 26×7’) is based on the popular children’s books by Barbara Supeł, illustrated by Agata Łuksza. Each episode presents one everyday situation familiar to young children—such as kindergarten, first friendships, or learning independence—shown from a child’s point of view. Simple storytelling and warm visuals support emotional and social development, help children name feelings and face challenges, and make Jadzia and her brother Staś relatable role models for viewers aged 2–5, while encouraging shared conversations with parents.
