EVA and HM

Adventurous tween girl Eva, accidentally finds a time portal to ancient times. There she teams up with a brave Neanderthal boy to outwit Homo sapiens warriors, while trying to make it home before the portal closes forever.

After the death of her beloved grandfather, Eva (12) is going through a difficult period. Her mother, in order to help her, sends her camping, where they will also mark the return of the comet, that last passed by Earth in time of the Neanderthals. Camping very quickly turns into a conflict with a bully, Mark. Avoiding him Eva accidentally discovers a cave. But the comet turned the cave into a time portal, which Eva is not aware of. Pulled by curiosity, instilled by her grandfather, she goes through the portal and at the other end encounters a Neanderthal boy. Fear, disbelief and the initial desire to escape, turns into the exploration of a long-forgotten world and great friendship. Eva gets to know his tribe and customs, but by accident they attract the attention of their biggest enemies – the wild tribe of Homo Sapiens, Eva’s distant ancestors. Fleeing from danger, Eva’s race against time begins – she must save her new friend’s family, but also return to her world in time.
