  • Innovation & Youth Strategy for Pubcasters

Geert Torfs, Transmedia Expert & Story Architect (Belgium), will help us explore how the trend report results influenced content creation, why transmedia storytelling matters, and how fandom and community engagement are essential—not optional—tools today. Later, Geert will host a Close-Up Talk, where he will deepen discussion on trend-driven content development and transmedia strategies.

  • Game-Driven Original IP

Diego Ibáñez Belaustegui, Chief Brand Officer, DeAPlaneta Entertainment (Spain), shares his insights on today’s dynamic kids media landscape, reflecting on the growing success of digital platforms, his experience managing both long-standing and newly created IPs, and how DeAPlaneta’s Gaming & Interaction division connects directly with young audiences by meeting them where they are—through games, apps, and interactive content. Later, in a Close-Up Talk, he will present examples of his game-first and transmedia IPs like "Mia & Codie" and how their brands evolve across platforms and formats.

  • Imaginative Worlds Aligned with Audience Needs, Trends, and Savvy Business Instinct

Anna Zychowicz, a representative Gen Z producer from the new production house Laniakea Pictures, will share how she develops content that resonates with young audiences. Later, in her Close-Up Talk, she will talk about her live-action influencer cinema hit "Graduation Heist" and discuss how strategic planning, audience insight, and fan-community building can help projects stand out even for creators working outside the influencer spotlight.

  • Digital First

Juliet Tzabar, Studio Head of Brighton Zoo, a joint venture between Plug-In Media and Blue Zoo, experienced in interactive multi-platform content and platform-agnostic IP, shares how originating new IPs with a multi-platform mindset from day one has helped her company stay ahead in an evolving media landscape. She’ll explore the opportunities and challenges of launching new IPs through digital-first routes – from YouTube and social video to games and audio – and how each offers a unique testing ground for audience connection and brand development. She’ll also touch on how small businesses can navigate digital distribution with limited resources. In her Close-Up Talk, she’ll delve into real-world examples of building digital-first IPs designed to succeed across multiple formats and platforms.

  • Nonconform Theatrical Release Strategies

Sophie Ménard, Head of Marketing & Publicity, Piece of Magic Entertainment, will share insights into non-traditional theatrical release strategies that have proven successful internationally in drawing audiences back to cinemas. From preschool content and anime to event cinema and live events, this session will explore why experimenting with new approaches is essential to sustaining theatrical relevance.
