"The Golden Butterfly" with Young Horizons Industry Award at CEE Animation Forum

We are happy to announce that the Young Horizons Industry award at CEE Animation Forum (4-6 Nov 2025, Pilsen, Czech Republic) goes to the project “The Golden Butterfly” written, directed and produced by Goce Cvetanovski. Congratulations!

“The Golden Butterfly” is the first project selected for the next edition of the Young Horizons Industry which will take place in autumn 2026 in Warsaw in Poland. The exact date of the upcoming edition will be announced later.

About the project

“The Golden Butterfly” is produced by Makedonska Krepost (North Macedonia). The project is aimed at kids aged 6-9 and family audience. It tells a story about a group of kids ventures into the jungle to find a golden butterfly, but a shape-shifting witch hunts them, seeking to unlock the mythical secrets of El Dorado.
