Spotlight on Polish Animation at Young Horizons Industry
2026 marks 10 years of Young Horizons Industry. We are honoured to celebrate this milestone together with SPPA – Polish Animation Producers Association – and PISF – Polish Film Institute.
The Spotlight on Polish Animation will be a chance for our guests to get familiar with the latest animated films and series for young audiences from Poland selected for pitching, Project Pool, and Market Presentations.
Co-production meetings with Polish animation studios will be a time to network and exchange ideas or establish new partnerships.
As part of the conference programme, we are inviting our guests to take part in a Close-Up Talk co-organised with SPPA. We will be talking about distribution of animated series with special guests: Giovanna Bo, CCO, Executive Producer, Doghead Animation (Italy); Andrew Kavanagh, CEO, Kavaleer Productions (Ireland); and Robert Jaszczurowski, Producer and Co-founder, GS Animation / Grupa Smacznego, Poland. The Close-Up Talk will open a discussion with Zofia Ścisłowska, Producer, Laniakea Pictures, Poland, on how you can find your audience.
All YHI guests are invited to join this discussion and share their experiences.
