Exclusive sneak peek of the upcoming productions at Young Horizons Industry
Four new projects will be presented at Young Horizons Industry in Warsaw as part of the Exclusive Sneak Peek of the Upcoming European Productions.
“Baltic Gold”
Live-action film, Shipsboy (co-producers Aeroplan Studios, Fixafilm), Poland
A continuation of the adventures of Oscar, now a 10-year-old boy, and Bruno, a famous actor, who this time are looking forward to spending time together on a dream-come-true vacation at the Polish seaside.
The project was developed as part of the Young Horizons Lab programme and presented at the Young Horizons Industry forum in the in-development section.
“The Boy at the Edge of the World”

“LARP”

This coming-of-age film is a funny and intelligent tale of adolescence, becoming independent, and the struggle to fulfil your dreams and remain yourself. Directed by Kordian Kądziela, one of the creators of “1670”, a popular Netflix comedy series.
“I Accidentally Wrote a Book”
Live-action film, JUNO11 Pictures (co-producer BIND), Hungary, The Netherlands
Presented at the Young Horizons Industry forum in 2022, the film tells a very personal and inspiring story of Nina, a 12-year-old girl who discovers the healing power of writing. The playful storytelling combined with unique visual elements that blend live-action and animation is a celebration of the miracle of writing.
