CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE GUESTS OF YHI

Below you can find the full text of the GDPR policy for the guests attending the Young Horizons Inudstry, international co-production forum.

GDPR

1. The Controller of your personal data is Stowarzyszenie Nowe Horyzonty (New Horizons Association) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ludwika Zamenhofa 1, 00-153 Warsaw, Poland (“SNH”).

2. Your personal data will be processed under Art 6.1.(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. based on your consent, for the following purposes:

with regard to all the details filled in the accreditation form, to handle your form, issue an accreditation for Young Horizons Industry by SNH, and send you the accreditation for Young Horizons Industry;
with regard to your email address, to create an account at Young Horizons Industry platform powered by FestiCiné and publish it on the platform and in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue that will be sent to the Young Horizons Industry guests who have an accreditation;
- with regard to your image, to publish it on the Young Horizons Industry website (industry.younghorizons.pl), on the Young Horizons Industry platform powered by FestiCiné, in the content of the newsletter sent in connection with Young Horizons Industry, on the SNH social media profiles, and in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue in order to inform about the Young Horizons Industry forum, post about the course of the event, and promote SNH activities with regard to the Forum and other similar events.

3. With regard to the performance of the purpose referred to in Point 2 above, your personal data can be transferred to the Young Horizons Industry website and Young Horizons Industry platform powered by FestiCiné and entities providing IT, legal, accounting, printing, and marketing services.

4. SNH will process your personal data for the purpose referred to in Point 2 above until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by SNH. Your image will be permanently removed from the Young Horizons Industry website (industry.younghorizons.pl) one year after the conclusion of the Forum. The personal data provided by you will be stored for a period of three years after the termination of the service provision. At the same time, your personal data, such as image or email address, will be placed in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue that will be disseminated by SNH during the Forum and then for three years after the termination of the service provision.

5. During the Young Horizons Industry, SNH may take photos and record video footage to record the progress of the Young Horizons Industry and accompanying events. By checking the appropriate box in the accreditation form, you consent to the dissemination of photos and videos (taken in accordance with the preceding sentence) with your image on SNH and partners’ websites, social media accounts (in the form of reels or stories) and partners’ social media accounts, SNH and partners’ newsletters, press releases sent to the media and other representatives of the film industry, and any other materials and publications of an informative and promotional nature in order to inform about theYoung Horizons Industry l and accompanying events and promote SNH’s activities.

6. Your image captured in accordance with section 5 above will be processed by SNH as a controller of personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the purpose of SNH’s legitimate interest in presenting photos or videos on SNH’s website, social media accounts and newsletter, as well as in any other materials or publications featuring theYoung Horizons Industry and accompanying events. Your image may be further processed by design studios, advertising agencies working with SNH, printers, IT companies or other partners working with SNH. Your Image may also be included on SNH’s social media accounts, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters.

7. You have the right to ask SNH for access to your personal data, for its rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing as well as its portability.

8. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting SNH through any communication method. Remember that your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in connection with the processing of your personal data by SNH.

10. You can provide your personal data voluntarily. However, if you do not provide your personal data, it will be impossible to issue an account on the Young Horizons Industry platform powered by FestiCiné and to issue the accreditation to Young Horizons Industry to you.

I consent to the dissemination of my image in the photograph sent through the form above by Stowarzyszenie Nowe Horyzonty with its registered office in Warsaw (“SNH”) to publish it on the Young Horizons Industry website (industry.younghorizons.pl), on the Young Horizons Industry platform powered by Festiciné, in the content of the newsletter sent in connection with Young Horizons Festival, on the SNH social media accounts, and in the online Young Horizons Industry catalogue in order to inform about the Young Horizons Industry, post about the course of the Young Horizons Industry event, and promote SNH activities with regard to the Forum and other similar events. *
I consent to the dissemination of photos and videos of my image captured during the event to which this form relates on SNH and partner websites, social media accounts (in the form of reels or stories) and partners’ social media accounts, SNH and partner newsletters, press releases sent to the media and other representatives of the film industry, and any other materials and publications of an informative and promotional nature in order to inform about the event and accompanying events and to promote SNH activities.*
