For over 22 years, a mysterious Christmas package has arrived at the doorstep of the Sandnes family in Norway. Despite countless efforts, the sender remains unknown. This Christmas, young siblings Edle (9) and Brage (6) become private detectives and embark on an exciting journey to unravel the real mystery and discover the identity of the generous yet secretive benefactor.

Mari Bakke Riise
Mari Bakke Riise is an acclaimed documentary director and
producer. Her documentary "Kayayo – The Living Shopping Baskets" (2017) won 17 international first prizes and was shortlisted for an Oscar at the Academy Awards. She is a director/producer at A5 film, and her lates film, "A New Kind of Wilderness", won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival this year and has secured five additional first prizes, with global distribution.
Silje Evensmo Jacobsen
Silje Evensmo Jacobsen has been directing award-winning documentary films and series for the past 15 years. Some of her titles are: "Team Ingebrigtsen" (2018), "Faith Can Move Mountains" (2021), and "A New Kind of Wilderness" (2024), which won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2024 and continues to achieve success worldwide. She is the co-founder of A5 Film, an esteemed Oslo-based production company that she runs together with producer and director Mari Bakke Riise.
