Lone Rider

When 11-year-old Bruno loses his dad and his farm, he trades the wild west dreams for city streets—only to saddle up for a new showdown: the secret world of hobby horsing. With a grumpy ex-legend as coach and a rocking horse as steed, Bruno rides for one last dream – and to heal a broken heart.
Bruno (11) rides horses like a pro, nails every shot with his water pistol, knows all the tricks of survival – he truly is a cowboy. His biggest dream is to win one of the staged Wild West showdowns against his dad, Kris (37). Bruno’s carefree childhood comes to a sudden halt with the passing of his father. Forced to leave their debt-ridden farm behind, Bruno, his mom, and his sidekick, Bryzio (rocking horse) move into a city apartment owned by Leon (61)—a grumpy, retired horse-riding legend whom Kris once idolized as a kid. In the city, Bruno finds new passion—hobby horsing. He begins training for the HH championship in secret, with none other than Bryzio—now upgraded and battle-ready—as his noble steed. Bruno ropes Leon into becoming his coach. They begin building a bond neither of them expected. But just as things are falling into place, their connection—and Bruno’s shot at the competition—hangs by a thread when a long-buried secret from Leon’s past comes to light…
